With its scenic backroads, gently rolling terrain, and horse-drawn buggies, Shipshewana offers a uniquely tranquil cycling experience. Riders can explore vibrant farmers markets, quaint shops, and homemade pie along the quiet roads of Amishland. Join us for three days of riding into the past at Shipshewana.
Overnight Accomodations
We have reserved a block of rooms for Monday, September 7 through Wednesday, September 9 at a rate of $144 plus tax per night which includes breakfast. To reserve your room, call the Inn at 260-768-4595 and mention “tandem bicycle event.” Clean bicycles are allowed in guest rooms, but you’re responsible for any damage.

Ride Information (Ride with GPS Files)
Thanks to the Chicago Area Tandem Society (CATS) and Greg Browning for allowing us to use their Ride with GPS Club account. Routes will not be marked, so we strongly recommend using a GPS or the Ride with GPS app on your phone for route navigation. Online copies of maps will be available for you to print. Routes are designed to allow rest stops at convenience stores and restaurants along the route. There is no formal route support. There are numerous bike shops in the area.
Cost
Base entry is $80 per team
Optional Amish buffet at the Blue Gate Restaurant for $25 per person.
